Mr. Rajan Sabharwal has a standing of more than 22 years at the Bar.  He is a renowned arguing counsel at the Delhi High Court.

He has expertise in original side and writ jurisdiction. Over the years, he has successfully advised and represented various corporates and business houses including KCT Group. He has also represented various functionaries of the Government including the Union of India, Northern Railways, Airport Authority of India, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited  and North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Mr. Sabharwal specialises in real estate and property disputes. He has successfully advised and represented clients in succession disputes as well.

Raghav’s core area of practice is Dispute Resolution. He has advised domestic and international clients regarding civil and criminal disputes.

He has gathered considerable experience & expertise in handling litigations in different arenas of Corporate & Commercial Disputes, Arbitrations, Criminal Complaints and Writs under the Constitution of India.

Raghav has represented various major corporates, government departments and financial institutions. His role has been instrumental in drafting of pleadings, legal opinions and appearances before various courts and tribunals.

Raghav started his career in law by working as a Law Researcher with a judge of Delhi High Court. He later worked for 4 years with J Sagar Associates – one of India’s best law firms.
